Pre-registration w/ a valid credit card required for bidding; however, no charges will be placed on your credit card without your permission unless you are a winning bidder AND have not made other payment arrangements. Remember... ALL BIDS ARE CONSIDERED OFFERS TO BUY (serious bidders only, please!) MB = Minimum Bid accepted. There are no reserve prices. Bids must increase by a minimum of 10% above existing bid. Call-Backs / Ceiling Bids available for mail & phone bids... just ask. (We encourage everyone to use ceiling bids to avoid any problems with last-minute bidding). A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final selling price of each item. Winning bidders will be notified by phone or email, depending on how you placed your bids. Extended payment arrangements are available at no extra cost... contact us at auctions@serioustoyz.com. Otherwise, payments must be received within 14 days of notification of winning bid. Checks must clear before we will ship. Shipping and insurance costs are not included. Please note that we will be using third-party shipping for this auction, and the minimum shipping charge (per bidder, not per item) will be $10. Most items will cost more than $10. to ship, and certain items like framed art, pedal cars or bicycles will require special packing & shipping, which may result in high shipping costs. We will only charge you what it costs us to ship... WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING!

The auction end is divided into 2 parts, & bidding for each part ends at 11 PM EST plus 30 minutes without a bid, on the dates listed above. EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM will have its own 30 minute clock, and will close automatically when 30 minutes pass without a bid. This makes the earliest closing time for any item 11:30 PM EST.

Everything in this auction is in original, unrestored condition with original parts, unless specifically stated as “restored”, “repaired”, “repainted” or “replaced” in the description. All b/o's and w/u's have been tested and are in working order unless noted otherwise. If a toy is listed as not working, don’t despair... we can help you get it fixed by a toy repair specialist. Just ask, and we’ll give you their contact info. Color variations can occur in photography and / or online images. Colors you see may not be 100% accurate... if you have specific color questions, ask! Written descriptions and grades given are accurate, critical and to the best of our ability. If condition is of critical importance to you, we encourage you to call & ask for even more details verbally.

You can inspect any item in this auction in person at our store in Cold Spring, NY.
(be sure to call for an appointment so we will have what you want to see on hand).

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: Vintage toy guns can be dangerous because they look real & can easily be mistaken for a genuine firearm. Their sale by us is intended only for adult collectors & NOT for play. We will not sell toy guns to minors, or ship to locations where they are illegal to own.

Our software supports competitive bidding of Ceiling (maximum) bids. Here's how it works:

Hit "refresh" on your browser to get current bid status. Place in the "Ceiling Bid" area the maximum you are willing to pay for an item. After you enter your bid, if you are the high bidder, your actual bid will be lowered to a 10% increase over the previous high bid. Your Ceiling bid is then saved. If other bidders place bids against your current high bid, the remainder of your Ceiling bid is used against them, only as necessary, and only the minimum amount needed to keep you the high bidder; up to, but not exceeding your Ceiling bid.

When there already is a Ceiling bid in place from another bidder:

- If your Ceiling bid is more than 10% over the existing Ceiling bid, your bid is lowered to 10% over that existing Ceiling bid. You will become the new high bidder. The balance of your Ceiling bid is then saved to be bid against the next bidder, if necessary.
- If your bid is higher than the current Ceiling bid, but less than 10% over the current Ceiling bid, your bid becomes the current high bid.
- If your bid is lower than an existing Ceiling bid, but your Ceiling bid is at least 10% greater than the new bid, the current high bid will raise to 10% over your Ceiling bid.
- When the existing Ceiling bid is less than 10% over your bid, it is entered as the high bid.

After you place your bid, the results will show the status of the bid after all Ceiling bids are processed.

Call Back Information:
If you are outbid on an item, you will automatically receive an email notifying you that you have been outbid. Also, a "call back" via telephone from the auctioneer can be requested by clicking on the box under the call back header on each lot line. You should also fill in the call back phone number field at the bottom of the bid sheet with the phone number of where you want the auctioneer to contact you. You may change the call back phone number at anytime. (Two call back phone number boxes appear at the bottom of the form. Fill in the second field if there is an alternative phone number you can be reached at.) You can remove the call back request by clicking on the box and turning the check mark off.
